When you’re ready to reach out, fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page or on my enquiry page once I receive your enquiry (after shouting and alerting my whole family about how excited I am) I personally check my calendar to make sure to can accommodate your wedding date or photoshoot.

Book a connection call
Part of how I get the genuine emotions in my photos is getting to know my clients, so either by booking a video chat so we can meet in “person” or we can do a phone call to go over any questions you have and I can explain in more detail what working with me looks like.

Client Portal & What to Expect
Once we are officially booked in I’ll send you your client portal which will have your invoice, contract, and questionnaire to fill out so that I can get to know your preferences and a few more details about you and your loved ones. I also have multiple guides to fully prepare you for everything you need to know for your wedding or session.
Your invoice is in here and you can easily pay with card via stripe. I require a 30% retainer to secure your date and the final payment is due 1 week prior to weddings and 1 day prior to sessions. You’ll also receive a final email with what to expect and highlighting some of the most important tips from my guides.

Arrival & Photo delivery
The day of your session or wedding, I will show up ready to start! I’ll spend the day with you full of smiles and gentle reassurance. If you need time to warm up we will chat and find the best spots, we always start with easy walking prompts. Wedding days I’ll start at whichever location we decide on whether that is a getting ready room or starting with the ceremony, I always arrive a minimum or 30 minutes before the ceremony start time so that we have a buffer to get set up and I can grab some candids until you’re walking down the aisle. From there I’ll be capturing quiet moments, big moments, available to grab for photos with friends or family members, and of course documenting the whole day as it unfolds. We’ll do your portraits, group photos, cake cut and dancing into the night and then I’ll depart!
After the wedding, I’ll head home and backup all of your images then start sorting through them and deliver your sneak peek within 48 hours.
Your final gallery will be delivered within 12 weeks, and if this changes during my busy season I will update you on the current turn around time before I depart and again with your sneak peek email!
Part of my photo delivery experience is to let you know when I am finalising your photos and have you schedule a date night where you set up your favourite snacks, a lovely drink of your choice and view your images on the biggest screen you have – tv, laptop, computer, so that you can relive the day together, mark your favourites, and talk about what you loved or maybe didn’t even notice things that were happening! The day is such a blur, so really prioritising a time to sit and immerse yourself again will be such a treat!
