Relaxed Family Photographer in Suffolk

So you can feel present, safe, and finally part of every season.

You’re always the one creating the magic… but you’re rarely in it

You’re always the one behind the camera. The one capturing everything, making sure everyone else is in the frame, holding the moments together. And somewhere along the way, you’ve disappeared from them.

What if you could be part of them too?

You’ve probably tried setting up your phone, asking someone to take a quick photo, or promising yourself you’ll book something when you feel more ready. But those moments still don’t quite feel like you.

Imagine looking back and actually seeing yourself there. Not just in the background, but in the arms, the laughter, the quiet moments in between. Photos that feel like your life, not a version of it.

That’s what I create. A space where you don’t have to perform, or get it right, or wait until everything feels perfect. Just show up as you are, and let the moments unfold.

Everyone deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are. Your identity, your relationships, and your family are valid, powerful, and more than enough, just as you are.

This is a space where all people are welcome, and where your story will be told with honesty and deep respect. Whether you’re sharing your love, growing your family, or simply honouring a meaningful moment in your life, I’m here to hold space for you with warmth, trust, and no judgement.

I understand how important it is to feel safe in front of the camera. To know you’re with someone who truly sees you. My commitment is to show up for you gently. To reflect your truth with care. And to create images that feel like home — honest, connected, and full of meaning.

“I’m just not good in front of the camera”

You don’t need to be.

You don’t need to know what to do with your hands or how to stand or get it right. You don’t need to wait until you feel more confident, or like everything is finally in place.

The version of you that exists right now, in the middle of all of it, is the one your children will want to remember.

You deserve to be there too.

For those who see the glimmers of life: soft light, cozy cuddles, and warm hearts; I preserve what matters, in a way that always feels like home

Hi, I’m Julie.

I… am an Autumn at heart. (if you know, you know)

I care deeply about how you feel in front of my camera. Not just how things look, but whether you feel safe, relaxed, and able to be yourself without overthinking it.

I’m drawn to warm tones, slower moments, soft light, and that feeling of being wrapped up with the people you love most. If you find yourself craving photos that feel cosy, full of snuggles, quiet giggles, and the kind of nostalgia that brings you straight back to a moment, then you’re in the right place.

As a Suffolk photographer, my focus is creating a gentle, relaxed experience where you don’t have to perform or get it right. You can simply be with your people, whether that’s on your wedding day surrounded by everything you’ve been dreaming of, or at home with your little ones in the middle of the everyday moments that end up meaning the most. And for so many of my clients, it doesn’t stop at one day. I get to photograph their story as it grows, from weddings into family life, which is something I never take lightly.

The photos I create are rooted in warmth, in genuine laughter, soft cuddles, and those in-between moments you didn’t even realise were happening at the time. The ones that, years from now, will feel like home.

Your story doesn’t follow one path. For some, it begins with a wedding. For others, it begins with a family already growing. And sometimes it moves between the two. Every version of your story deserves to be held, exactly as it is.

For all the in between nostalgia from “I do” to “welcome home”… and every version that looks completely different to that too.

The experience was joyful, easy and the resulting pics – just beautiful. I also know many others that have had photos with her and it’s fair to say she’s a very talented lady and you won’t regret booking with her!
